💸 PAYMENTS
• No refunds/chargebacks/cancellations once the commission is confirmed, We will only process refunds if we are unable to complete the project.
• PayPal payment only
• We accept full upfront, half-half or 3 split payments only.
• Payments will be sent via invoice.--
☘️ PROCESS
• The commissioner will be updated during the entire process of the commission.
• Updates will be sent whenever there is one available during the commission.

🌱 COMMUNICATION• Updates will be through either Discord, X, or Email.
• If there's any question / inquiries that isn't listed, you can DM me via Twitter or Discord
• You are free to ask for updates but please allow us reasonable time to work on your project

💚REVISIONS• When revisioning, please let me know ASAP. Please also give a detailed instruction so it will be easier to understand and faster to work on.

🪴 WAITING TIME• Delivery will be within 2-3 months after payment.
• Delivery time will be extended depending on the amount of assets and toggles added.
• Please allow extra time for added assets throughout the process and for revisions.

🍃 REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS• Chargebacks are not allowed
• Strictly, no refunds under any circumstances.
• If the commissioner changed their mind or does not want to pay for the rest of the model, I will only send what progress has been made and no refunds shall be issued, please be sure when commissioning.

🌾CONDITIONS• Please no tampering of our art without asking for my permission.
• Do not publicly share the PSD file of your model, you may only give them to people you trust.
• Please don't use our art for any AI Generators.
• We reserve the rights to post WIPs and stream the art process unless stated by the client to keep it hidden until they reveal it themselves.
• The files will only be given to the commissioner once it is fully paid for.
